My work is primarily concerned with the positive impact of colour on the senses. I explore the 'emotional landscape' and our journeys within it.
I use screenprint techniques to produce large ‘one off’ images, together with editioned work in a variety of media.
The images are characterised by strong use of colour and abstracted forms from the natural world. They often include automatic mirror writing.
Recent painterly monoprints use a circular format, while the editioned semi-
abstract landscapes show an investigation into vibrant flat colour, form, mark making and stillness.
These prints have been described as
'joyful arresting and peaceful.'
